RJon Robins

RJon Robins knows what it takes for lawyers in small firms to reach (and exceed) their professional, social and monetary goals. He began his career as a solo practitioner making several of the same mistakes he now helps other lawyers avoid when it comes to managing, marketing and growing their law practice.

Later as a Practice Management Advisor with The Florida Bar’s Law Office Management Assistance Service, Robins assisted thousands of lawyers and their staff with practically every business challenge a solo practitioner could ever expect to face.

Based on those experiences - and his subsequent experience as an independant law firm marketing consultant - Robins recently authored an innovative self-coaching system to help solo practitioners and lawyers in small firms discover how to generate more profit - while spending more time with their families...

Robins is committed to empowering lawyers in small firms by equipping them with business-generating skills that the so-called “Rainmakers” of big law firms have traditionally learned by example from more senior attorneys.
